Really popular - sides alone are almost worth a trip even without the great meats. Brisket is the specialty but everything we tried - brisket, pulled pork and chicken, ribs - was really tasty.

The KITCHEN SINK is a really nice salad that includes local greens, pickled beets, Blue Lake green beans, carrots, boiled potato, radish, apple, boiled egg, marinated mushrooms, English peas.” There are also some sides that would keep a vegetarian happy, by there's not a real focus on that.
