- Newly opened in Gainesville FL : March 2011. Pros: Clean, nice, casual, friendly atmosphere with a Dukes of Hazzard-esque theme. Simplified menu: 10 choices of main dishes all written in red and white lettering on a black board above the counter. Many sauces from different regions of the country. Delicious brisket and sliced pork, yummy burgers, great sides –esp., mac-n-cheese (holiday style – extra creamy and rich), garlic green beans, and baked beans. Crushed ice in drinks! Inside/outside seating – fast service! Cons: “In a shopping plaza –would be nice if they had their own building” – “Can be pricey due to small meat portions”
