Some of these are still standing. <\/p>\n<p>This Clarke County, Georgia, bridge is probably the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dot.ga.gov\/travelingingeorgia\/bridges\/coveredbridges\/Pages\/EldersMill.aspx\">Elder&#8217;s Mill Bridge<\/a>, near Athens.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/purl.lib.ua.edu\/70814\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/acumen.lib.ua.edu\/content\/u0001\/2008032\/0003222\/u0001_2008032_0003222_2048.jpg\" alt=\"covered bridge\" width=\"80%\" height=\"80%\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This bridge is in Sumter County, Alabama. It is likely the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dalejtravis.com\/bridge\/alabama\/htm\/0106001.htm\">Alamuchee or Bellamy Bridge<\/a>, which has since been moved to other locations in the county. It now sits on the University of West Alabama campus. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/purl.lib.ua.edu\/67897\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/acumen.lib.ua.edu\/content\/u0001\/2008032\/0000304\/u0001_2008032_0000304_2048.jpg\" alt=\"covered bridge\" width=\"80%\" height=\"80%\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This bridge is in Blount County, Alabama. It is probably the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dalejtravis.com\/bridge\/alabama\/htm\/0100512.htm\">Easley\/Rosa Bridge<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/purl.lib.ua.edu\/67909\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/acumen.lib.ua.edu\/content\/u0001\/2008032\/0000316\/u0001_2008032_0000316_2048.jpg\" alt=\"covered bridge\" width=\"80%\" height=\"80%\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The bridge in these last two pictures is in Early County, Georgia.
