In this case, a look at Foster Auditorium led down an unexpected path &#8212; to Coleman Coliseum. But how?<\/p>\n<h2>Foster Auditorium<\/h2>\n<p>When\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/tour.ua.edu\/tourstops\/foster.html\">Foster<\/a>\u00a0was built in 1939, it had no name.<\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' had its big moment in the news, it was already outgrowing its usefulness. In the late 1960s, a new facility was built, one that would also be multipurpose.<\/p>\n<p>Like Foster, <a href=\"http:\/\/tour.ua.edu\/tourstops\/coleman.html\">Coleman<\/a>\u00a0wasn&#8217;t named after anyone at first.
