Leading up to the event, a number of smaller regional planning committees met to discuss fundraising opportunities,&nbsp;itinerary, and ways to make the conference as accessible and inclusive as possible. This communication flyer indicates that the Southern Planning Committee met in Gainesville, Florida, and women from all southern states (including Alabama) were encouraged to attend.
