Leading up to the event, a number of smaller regional planning committees met to discuss fundraising opportunities,&nbsp;itinerary, and ways to make the conference as accessible and inclusive as possible. This pamphlet indicates that the Southern Planning Committee met in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and women from all southern states (including Alabama) were encouraged to attend. The pamphlet was distributed by the Southern Wild Sisters Bookstore, and included a letter asking for donations and a list of scheduled events at the bookstore.
