At Rodgers Library we use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ili-info.com\/\">SAI Global <\/a>to find and order individual standards. SAI Global covers standards from many standards organizations, such as ASME and SAE.\u00a0 Our approach is to order most standards on demand.\u00a0 However,\u00a0since ASTM standards are in high demand, we recently subscribed to <a href=\"http:\/\/compass.astm.org\/CUSTOMERS\/filtrexx40.cgi?index.frm\">ASTM Compass<\/a>.\u00a0 In the case of SAI Global users can easily search the database, but the library takes care of the download piece. \u00a0ASTM Compass is handled differently.\u00a0 It is delivered to desktops and users can search and download independently.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Standards are a basic tool of scientists and engineers.
