Gorgas Phase 3

The demolition project of the Gorgas Phase 3 project began at the end of May 2025 and is expected to complete in August 2025. Floors 5, 6, and 7 at Gorgas will see walls, ceilings, floors and mechanical removed and abated to make way for the renovation portion of Phase 3 set to begin in June of 2026.
